- Leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) processes for major domestic appliances.
- Developing and maintaining product launch strategies, pricing, and promotions.
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market plans and develop compelling product messaging.
- Coordinating with international product teams and external suppliers to deliver new products to market effectively and on time.
- Analyzing product performance and profitability to make data-driven decisions on the product assortment.
- Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date on product launches, inventory, and performance.
- Working with the training manager to develop and roll out product training for all teams.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the consumer electronics or domestic appliance industry.
- A strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both local and international.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on profitability and market performance.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
