Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
Lead and successfully manage a team of 3.
Ensure compliance with all financial standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and software.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
