Our 2PH farms in Emerald are renowned for producing some of the finest citrus in the country - and now we're looking for a Seasonal Worker Program Coordinator to join our team in Emerald, QLD on a full-time basis. This vital role supports the successful implementation of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme and Seasonal Worker Program (SWP) across both farming and packing departments.You'll be a key driver in ensuring the wellbeing, compliance, and engagement of our seasonal workforce. With a strong focus on worker experience, this is an opportunity to directly shape Costa's reputation as an employer of choice for Pacific Labour workers.About the Role
  • Deliver a compliant, supportive and high-quality experience for PALM/SWP workers
  • Coordinate accommodation, transport, inductions, and briefings
  • Liaise with Costa's central Pacific Labour Team and internal stakeholders for mobilisation planning
  • Support WHS protocols, respond to incidents, and promote a culture of safety
  • Tailor communications to meet language and literacy needs
  • Support workers with financial literacy, budgeting, and remittance processes
  • Conduct fortnightly worker check-ins and manage feedback loops
  • Oversee vehicle safety checks and driver inductions
About You
We're looking for someone who leads with care and professionalism. You thrive in complex, people-focused environments and bring strong cultural awareness to your work.You'll ideally have:
  • Experience assisting teams focused on accommodation, mobilisation, and welfare
  • Background or understanding of PALM/SWP schemes preferred
  • Strong planning and project coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Experience working with multicultural communities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
