Job Description:The Company:A growing organisation in the community services sector is seeking a skilled HR Manager to support an evolving HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change by enhancing internal processes, refining IT systems, and contributing to staff training and development.The Role:You will play a key role in addressing diverse HR needs and driving efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Managing industrial relations (IR), workplace health and safety (WHS), workers' compensation, and fair work compliance issues.
Handling payroll queries and contractual changes.
Spearheading training for first-line managers and streamlining onboarding, induction, and recruitment processes.
Leveraging the HRIS platform to reduce administrative burdens and empower management teams.
Leading consultative conversations with the executive team, ensuring alignment and transparency in HR initiatives.

Your Profile:You are an experienced HR leader or senior business partner with a demonstrated ability to manage a growing team, implement IT-driven efficiencies, and guide better practices. You are skilled at building collaborative relationships across levels, thrive in hands-on roles, and are adept at navigating award frameworks such as the SHADS Awards.What is Required from You:

Strong expertise in HRIS systems and process improvement.
Ability to address workplace compliance, IR, WHS, and training needs effectively.
Proven leadership in driving transformative HR functions.
Exceptional communication and consultative skills to engage at all levels of the organisation.
