Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don’t just talk about values — we live them.Your OpportunityYou will manage the organisation’s insurance portfolio, ensuring adequate coverage, timely renewals, and efficient claims handling. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you’ll help protect our assets and support risk mitigation across all areas of the organisation.With precision and care, you will:Coordinate insurance renewals, policy placements, and asset schedules.Manage claims across property, public liability, and volunteer incidents.Liaise with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and coverage.Provide insurance guidance and certificates for leases, contracts, and queries.Monitor premium invoices, site inspections, and regulatory obligations.Lift insurance knowledge across the enterprise and help the business units to self serve with Certificates of Currency.Overseeing the review of replacement costs of assets, working closely with Finance.What You’ll BringYou’re a detail-oriented and organised professional with a strong grasp of insurance processes and stakeholder engagement.
