Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Consumer and Healthcare Group, leading our night shift operations (9pm - 5am) at Ingleburn. In this pivotal role, you will oversee both warehouse and transport functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services to our valued customers. Key areas:

Leading and supporting site operations across warehouse and transport functions.
Driving a strong safety culture through adherence to Linfox Safety Standards and legislative obligations.
Delivering against financial, operational and service KPIs.
Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Leading and developing a high-performing team through clear communication, coaching and mentoring.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Supporting sustainability initiatives to reduce Linfox's carbon footprint.

Are you the one?This role is suited to a motivated, hands-on leader with proven operational management experience in transport, warehousing or logistics. You can demonstrate:

Previous experience in a similar role with in warehousing or logistics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
