We're seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading national Fit Out & Refurb builder. If you have a strong track record in commercial fit-outs and are ready to take on challenging projects in Melbourne, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll lead the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site operations specifically for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project objectives are fully met.
Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
Requirements:
Specialised Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial fit-outs and working for a well known tier 2/3 builder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and site teams.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
Quality Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality fit-out projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
