As the digital experience partner you will provide your key responsibilities will include:Deliver day-to-day technical support across Lendlease WA sites, including AV, hardware and software supportLead site setups, including cabling and hardware installationSupport in resolving support tickets nationallyTravel to Lendlease sites to provide hands-on supportJob requirements:You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, with a customer focussed approach to your work, you will also have:3+ years’ experience in a similar standalone IT support roleProven ability to work independently in a hands-on environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with Windows, M365 & MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms)Please note: due to the nature of this position, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have or be willing to gain government security clearance.
