(D) EL1 Senior Customer PKI EngineerThis is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months, located at Sydney Location.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions, including certificate authorities (CAs), digital certificates, and cryptographic key management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input into PKI solution design and architecture.
- Configure and manage PKI components, such as certificate servers, certificate revocation lists (CRLs), and certificate lifecycle management systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting PKI-related issues and provide support to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Contribute to the optimization of PKI solutions for scalability, performance, and security, following industry best practices and organizational guidelines.
- Experience or knowledge in supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
- Familiarity with PKI concepts, protocols, and standards.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
- Extensive experience as a subject matter expert with PKI products and platforms, such as Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Entrust, GlobalSign, or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute effectively to project delivery.
