Several years experience in a busy, food focused a la carte and trend setting cafe environments
Qualifications and training and Michelin or hat environments highly desirable
A rounded approach to menu creation and ability to balance cost and value
Enjoy early mornings and are looking for balance from your roster
An ability to motivate and lead a small team of professional chefs
A creative mind and can do attitude
A desire to produce fantastic dishes, in a positive and passionate kitchen
