- Assist underwriters in reviewing and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Prepare quotations, documentation, and reports for broker and internal use
- Support the team in risk assessment and data entry across a range of construction risks
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships through excellent service
- Learn the ins and outs of construction underwriting in a hands-on environment
- 1+ years of experience in insurance or underwriting (broker, agency, or insurer)
- Interest in construction lines
- Strong attention to detail, admin accuracy, and communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced team
- Exposure to underwriting systems or portals is a plus
