
Mental Health Clinician

- Monitor and manage clinical risk in consultation with supervisors and participate in regular clinical supervision.
- Travel regularly to isolated communities to provide in-person support and refer clients within the stepped care framework.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support client outcomes and promote the service through community engagement.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to quality improvement and governance activities.To be successful, you will need:- Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health Social Work, Psychology (generalist or clinical), or Credentialled Mental Health Nursing.
- Minimum five years of clinical experience supporting individuals across all age groups in mental health settings.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and care planning, with a deep understanding of challenges faced by rural and remote communities.
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.Our Benefits- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
