Permanent Full Time- Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) / (9am-5pm)
Pay rate – $61 per hour + superannuation +NFP benefits

Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.Reporting to the Residential Manager or one of the Care Manager at McQuoin Park which is a 122-bed home, this role requires clinical leadership and guidance to both clinical and personal care teams. We are seeking a confident and experienced leader who excels in managing complex issues and complaints, driving staff performance, and overseeing clinical audits to ensure the highest standards of care.About the Role:

Ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per the Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures
Providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes
Working in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards

To be successful in this role you’ll need

A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role with demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues and experience working with Dementia Residents
Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others
Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team managing complex complaints
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
