At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.Join EY and help to build a better working world.Senior Marketing and Activations Coordinator, Strategic ProgramsThe opportunityAs our Senior Marketing and Activations Coordinator, Strategic Programs you'll be focused on EY Connect Programs and will play a vital role in driving our marketing activities, and engaging audiences across Non-Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and EY Alumni audiences.In this position you will help shape and execute our leading strategic programs, developing our global brand, and collaborate with leaders and peers across the organisation. You will work closely with the Brand & Client Engagement Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams (within Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), the Business Development (BD) Team and Partner group) to help deliver on EY Oceania growth objectives. As such, this role demands strong project and event management skills. Experience in professional services is desirable.This is a hybrid position based in Naarm - Melbourne / Warrang - Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of a national portfolio of high-quality events, including marketing, communications, program reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader BMC team and the wider business to identify connectivity opportunities for audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creative development, approvals, and production timelines, while managing program databases and content across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and support the rollout of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
  • End-to-end event and project management skills
  • Ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and always meet demanding time frames

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • CRM and e-marketing experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience
  • Experience in professional services or B2B environment desirable
