CGC Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contract Finishing Foreman to join a tier 1 construction company on a $40 million high-end residential development located in the Eastern Suburbs. This project features bespoke architectural design, luxury interiors, and the highest quality finishes.As the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of internal finishing works – ensuring impeccable quality, detail, and timely delivery. You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and trades to coordinate and supervise finishing stages including joinery, tiling, fixtures & fittings, painting, and final detailing.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades onsite
Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and workmanship
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage timelines and sequencing
Conduct quality checks and defect management
Maintain clean, safe, and productive work environments
Report to the Site Manager and support the broader construction team in delivering the project on time and on budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential worth over $15million
Strong eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Carpentry background or equivalent
Current White Card and relevant tickets
