- Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets
- Fulfill lead generation activity aimed at increasing the customer base
- Manage inbound calls (for both B2B and B2C customers), delivering a unique selling experience while understanding customers' needs and offering the right solution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Support our Sales team in the field by scheduling visits
- Manage our CRM Database to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date
- 2-3 years' experience in any sales role
- Excellent (phone) sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Experience in working in a team in sales-oriented environments
- Long-term customer relationship approach
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Interest in and passion for technological evolution and innovation
