
Duty Manager- Crown Towers Perth

- Act as the hotel's representative for guest concerns, operational issues, and emergency situations
- Manage daily hotel inventory and room availability to meet guest requirements
- Ensure smooth arrivals and departures, especially for VIP guests
- Foster positive guest relationships and resolve complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Conduct performance reviews and support onboarding of new team members
- Generate and distribute daily management reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Promote a safe and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Crown's values
- Proven experience in hotel front office operations at a supervisory or departmental level within a premium hotel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera Property Management System (or similar)
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- A hospitality or business-related qualification is highly regarded
- RSA and First Aid certifications preferred
