- Oversee daily operations of Bell Desk, Driveway, and Valet Parking to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and training
- Monitor traffic flow and implement strategies to avoid congestion
- Maintain Crown's presentation standards and ensure service excellence from arrival to departure
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of safety, equity, and diversity in line with Crown's policies
- Experience in a busy customer service environment (five-star preferred).
- Previous hotel operational experience.
- Proven ability to multi-task while remaining professional and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- A qualification in Hotel Management or Business
- A valid manual driver's license
