Drive business development and achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and market research.
Manage the entire 360 recruitment process, from securing new job opportunities to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, while nurturing client relationships.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

About You:

Experience in professional white-collar roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Highly organised, responsive, and focused on results, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing quality service to clients and candidates.
