Degree qualified in HR or similar will be desirable
3-5 years of recruitment-related experience

About your experience:

Recruitment knowledge or experience in the Sales, Marketing or Call Centre Industries
You love meeting people and take a genuine interest in their stories.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a high level of attention to detail is essential
You are a self-starter who is motivated to achieve your goals
Strong interpersonal skills and a great phone manner
Excellent written communication skills
