Thanks to continued growth and strong market demand, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Permanent Trades team.About You
You're a seasoned recruiter with:
- Proven experience recruiting in the construction sector
- At least 12 months managing a 360° desk with consistent billing success
- A passion for business development and building long-term client partnerships
- A strong work ethic and a love for helping tradies land great, long-term opportunities
- Drive client growth through strategy, networking, and market insights
- Build and manage long-standing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and present high-quality permanent trades candidates
- Partner with clients to ensure long-term, successful placements
- Focused on permanent recruitment within the construction trades space
- Active, warm desk with long-standing client relationships and candidate networks
- Partner with a variety of builders, subcontractors, and civil contractors
- Work alongside 28+ like-minded consultants in a collaborative and high-energy team
- Opportunity to scale your desk quickly with ongoing support and quality leads
- $70K-$90K base salary (DOE) + OTE up to $100K+
