- Anchor OSS Transformation conversations with CSP for Mobile, Fixed networks
- OSS Solution Architecture Definition, Authoring Requirement and Driving innovation in Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Network Automation and Network Planning domains
- Participation in TMF, NGMF and other Management Forums
- Ability to drive conversations on across domain controller, E2E SO and Service Assurance Domains
- Ability to partner with eco-system partners and drive joint solutions.
- Collaborate and work with System Architects, Product Management and Customer teams to understand requirements and envisage solutions
- Thought leadership in OSS
- Proficient in Fixed or Mobile Network Experience at Planning, Design, Build and Operations
- Ability to design and implement Cloud RAN, SDN based Transport, 5G Cloud & Core Solutions , Fixed Network Transformation solutions.
- Good knowledge about the different COTS solutions in OSS Domains
- Good knowledge about the Cloud RAN / Transport / Core Network technologies
- Hands-on Experience in e2e OSS solution architecture covering service fulfilment and assurance domains
- Experience in JAVA, REST API with Cloud technologies
- Experience with distributed DB technologies
- Experience with Open Source Platforms like ONOS,ODL, OSM etc.,
- Experience with developing microservice-based applications
- Experience in RESTful API based on the J2EE that runs as microservices on Kubernetes within Docker containers
- Experience in Dockers & Kubernetes
- Experience to Create Kafka producers
- Experience with CICD using Jenkins
- Experience with Netconf/YANG Data Modelling
- Experience in Cloud Orchestrator, MANO, Network Slicing, NFVI, OpenStack, RedHat OSP, SDN Controller, Service Orchestration & TOSCA
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
