This isn’t just about hitting targets — it’s about playing a part in getting ground-breaking medicines into clinical trials and ultimately to the people who need them.What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with the CEO to explore new opportunities and bring in exciting projects
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients across the pharmaceutical and biotech space
- Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements that set projects up for success
- Keeping the sales pipeline running smoothly and making sure CRM records are accurate and up to date
- Representing the business at conferences and networking events, making valuable industry connections
- Working closely with the operations team so new projects are handed over seamlessly
- At least five years’ experience in business development within a CDMO, pharmaceutical or clinical trials setting
- Someone who’s strategic but also happy to roll up their sleeves when needed
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GCP standards
- An excellent communicator who can connect with people at all levels
- A degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business or a related field (postgrad study highly regarded but not essential)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in getting things done
