Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in contaminated sites consulting or regulatory roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of contaminant behaviour, risk assessment, and remediation.
  • Proven project management skills across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Advanced technical writing and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead contaminated site assessments in line with ASC NEPM and relevant WA guidelines.
  • Design, budget, and oversee soil, groundwater, vapour, and surface water sampling programs.
  • Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and regulatory documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and laboratories.
  • Provide strategic advice on compliance, risk management, and site closure.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through reliable delivery and technical leadership.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
