This global business designs, manufactures, and services its own range of market-leading climate control systems across both residential and commercial sectors.This is a confidential opportunity to step into a leadership role with a technically advanced, high-performing service division backed by strong brand recognition, innovation, and local support infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians / Chiller Technicians and support staffOversee day-to-day service operations: scheduling, dispatch, and job completionManage diagnostics, repairs, commissioning, and warranty support on OEM equipmentDeliver exceptional customer service and technical supportMonitor service financial performance: revenue, margins, KPIs, and budgetsMaintain compliance with WHS, industry regulations, and quality standardsWork cross-functionally with internal sales, projects, and engineering teamsAbout YouProven experience in a Service Manager, Account Manager or Contracts Manager, or senior service leadership role in HVACExperience with HVAC OEMs or Tier 1 brands (e.g. Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi Electric, etc.) highly valuedStrong technical understanding of HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)Trade qualification or technical certification in HVAC or Chiller Background (preferred)Confident team leader with strong communication and coaching skillsCommercially savvy with experience managing service performance and budgets
