The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Service Network by making sure emails/phone enquiries are accurate, up to date and actioned in a timely manner. Achieving customer satisfaction by minimising long term pending and communicating with customers, service partners and state service managers. Job status in system is kept continually updated accurately.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive resolution for Long Term Pending service orders and ensure daily updates of all open service orders.
- Assisting in the maintenance and achievement of full regional service coverage for all products ensuring repair quality and customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers ensuring all open SOs are progressed and closed fluently
- Update and follow up service order statuses to guarantee system data accuracy
- School Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and eye for detail
