Manage suppliers against agreed KPI's including ordered versus received and on time delivery
Carry out demand planning, forecasting and procurement of imported and local finished goods
Proactively service customer issues via telephone and email
Ensure compliance to statutory obligations
Process improvement
Ability to work outside standard hours

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

2-3 years demand planning or purchasing/procurement experience
Understanding of master production schedules
Experience managing short shelf life including Batch Control and best before dates preferred
Supplier Management experience preferred
Superior communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
