- Manage end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients and agencies.
- Analyse lead and buyer journey data to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate project marketing assets including websites, listings, advertising, and display suites.
- Provide strategic reporting and recommendations to clients.
- Liaise with stakeholders including solicitors, architects, and media agencies.
- Oversee offshore sales promotions and ensure teams are well-briefed.
- Contribute to new business pitches and marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in residential project marketing, ideally within a developer or off-the-plan setting.
- NSW Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
