- Run your own kitchen and oversee 72 covers per service
- Lead and support a dedicated kitchen team
- Design innovative, resident-informed menus
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Manage stock, budgets, and cost controls
- Collaborate with care teams to meet dietary needs
- Act as Food Safety Officer and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in commercial cookery (large-scale or aged care preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
- Queensland Driver’s Licence
