- Prepare year-end financial statements from trial balance, including detailed note disclosures.
- Take the lead on best practice financial reporting, including creating schedules, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance.
- Leverage your existing audit background experience (preferably at Associate Director level or higher) to drive audit-ready financial processes.
- Utilize your extensive expertise in financial modelling to support decision-making and analysis.
- Act as a trusted liaison with external auditors to ensure smooth and accurate auditing processes.
- Bring your familiarity with local government operations (preferred but not mandatory) to streamline workflows and procedures.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Proven track record of success in high-level financial reporting or audit roles, ideally coming from a Big4/Mid-tier background.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and analytical in your approach to financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Local government experience is a bonus, but having expertise in applying leading reporting practices is key.
