This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role during an exciting time of growth and transformation under MACG's well-established model of care.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure best practice and compliance
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans
Mentor staff and foster a supportive, learning-focused environment
Liaise with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
Maintain clinical governance and support accreditation readiness
About You:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience in a leadership or coordinator role within aged care
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Empathetic, professional, and committed to person-centred care
