- Squad-based Autonomy & Ownership: You’re embedded in a small, cross-functional squad (product, engineering, design, data) with end-to-end ownership over outcomes. Your squad operates with clarity of mission and autonomy to build & ship.
- Iterate & Validate with Speed: Use rapid prototypes, Lean discovery, A/B tests, and customer feedback loops to validate ideas early. We encourage “launch and learn” in parallel with rigorous learning—fail fast, learn faster.
- Technical Craft & Peer Collaboration: You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and designers to drive high quality execution—your product craft reflects in elegant UI, performant flows, resilient backend, and universal accessibility.
- Open Communication & Shared Learning: Share weekly updates in team “show & tell”, participate in regular demos, and product guilds to help elevate team knowledge—transparency and feedback are core to how we deliver.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Use product analytics, usage metrics and cohort analysis to measure impact and iterate. You build experiments that drive business and customer metrics (e.g. safety, engagement, satisfaction).
- Lead the vision and strategy for new everyday banking propositions
- Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation
- Design end to end journeys from discovery to launch—across mobile, web and core platforms
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration
- Provide product leadership across squads—mentoring, influencing product practices, helping peers raise their craft
- Set and monitor clear KPIs (e.g. activation, frequency of use, NPS, error rate) and grow impact through iteration and scale
- Considerable experience in product roles—particularly delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally fintech, banking, or high-growth platform companies
- A track record in scaling products end to end with measurable growth and engagement results
- Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, Lean/Agile methodologies and working in squad-based models
- Strong strategic mindset: able to translate trends, data and insights into clear product direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication—comfortable influencing at multiple levels
- Technical fluency: able to interface effectively with engineers across the stack (mobile, APIs, backend)
- Craftsmanship: a high regard for UX detail, performance, reliability, and accessible design
- A natural mentor and collaborator—able to lift team outcomes through shared practices and feedback
