We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist who has managed multiple contracts from inception to close-out. This role requires strong construction project experience, strategic thinking, and expertise in end-to-end procurement and contracting.Key Responsibilities:

Administer contracts, ensuring compliance and effective claim management.
Develop and execute project sourcing strategies.
Build strong relationships with project teams and contracting partners.
Collaborate across procurement teams to drive value and efficiencies.

Requirements:

Relevant degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Eommerce, Law or Supply Chain.
Proven experience managing capital contracts from end to end.
Skilled in tendering, contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management.
Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
