Your RoleYou’ll lead small crews (1–2 team members) to deliver high-quality landscaping projects on time and to spec. Your day-to-day will include:

Coordinating on-site works and liaising with clients, architects & stakeholders

Installing plants, trees, irrigation, turf, retaining walls, paving, decking, and other hardscaping features

Ensuring safety compliance (WH&S) and accurate project documentation

Training and guiding apprentices and less experienced staff

Solving on-site challenges with practical, hands-on leadership

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Landscape Leading Hand or similar supervisory role

Expertise in both hardscape & softscape installation

Cert III in Landscape Construction (preferred)

White Card essential; MR/HR licence or LR & excavator ticket highly regarded

Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism

Reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional outdoor spaces

Hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30/4pm.
