Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support iterative delivery of business solutions.
Requirement Gathering & Translation: Engage with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and business users to ensure alignment and shared understanding of goals.
User Story Development: Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and aligned with business value.
Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documents including process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications.
Process Improvement: Analyze and update business processes to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Review & Sign-Off: Facilitate design reviews and secure stakeholder approval on documentation and proposed changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Proficiency in writing user stories and managing backlogs
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence
Skilled in creating and reviewing design documentation and process maps
Excellent communication and facilitation skill
