
Asset Coordinator

- Maintain and update the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging
- Provide data and document preparation for lifecycle planning and condition audits
- Assist the Maintenance Planner with inputting and reviewing PPM schedules
- Support internal audits by preparing required documentation and registers
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (desirable)
- Experience using Asset Management Systems (e.g., QFM, CMMS)
