- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company values and objectives.
- Ensure efficiency, performance, and alignment with strategic goals
- Manage budgeting, reporting, financial systems, and ensure cost-effective operations and risk management
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance across all functions, including WHS and IT
- Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, staff development, workplace culture, and employee relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, partners, industry bodies, and external stakeholders
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, promote a culture of safety, and manage incident reporting
- A degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (social sciences or healthcare also considered) is desired but not essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
- Strong track record in managing teams
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans
- Inspires and motivates teams to work towards shared goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Builds strong relationships and treats everyone with respect and empathy
- Being able to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong focus on policy and procedure
- Calm, compassionate, and professional especially in difficult situations

- Must hold a valid driver’s licence.
