- Assess and determine matters relating to disputes, licensing applications, compliance, and claims in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Deliver outcomes that are fair, balanced, and considerate of all parties involved.
- Produce clear, evidence-based decisions and documentation that meet professional standards and withstand review.
- Manage caseloads effectively to achieve performance targets.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation in hearings, promotional, and educational activities as required.
- Support the regional service centre by providing face-to-face customer service and team assistance.
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Experience managing caseloads within a regulatory, compliance, or decision-making environment.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and provide clear, evidence-based advice.
- Previous government experience is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex matters.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain decisions and processes.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required.
- This is a full-time office-based role located in Robina.
- The role offers an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
