- Troubleshooting localisation bugs, coordinating technical updates, monitoring episode health and handling content status changes.
- Lead global localisation workflows, managing translators and reviewers to ensure timely multi-language support for new releases and the smooth addition of new locales.
- Drive quality assurance processes, coordinating workflows, priorities, and testing to uphold content excellence.
- Oversee content-to-curriculum mapping, managing the team and all requests to ensure content aligns accurately with educational standards.

- Proficient in project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Monday.com), with a track record of bringing structure and accountability to multi-team projects.
