Site Surveillance & Quality Assurance Conduct on-site inspections and technical audits of road, bridge, and structural works in accordance with TMR specifications. Provide day-to-day surveillance of contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved management plans, technical specifications, and quality procedures. Attend and document witness and hold points, verifying that works meet required standards before progressing. Monitor contractor and supplier adherence to Quality Management Plans, welding procedures, and safety/environmental protocols. Provide real-time feedback on construction issues to project teams and stakeholders, supporting timely resolution and continuous improvement. Prepare reports and records related to safety, environment, traffic, and quality performance. Provide guidance and training to on-site project teams to ensure a clear understanding of quality and compliance requirements. Support Project Engineers, Managers, and Directors in delivering successful project outcomes. Assist in the development and refinement of inspection and reporting systems. First and foremost, you understand that communication is the key to success in our industry. You share our passion for improving the quality of life and embrace the values of a strong safety culture. You will come to us with extensive experience on complex infrastructure projects and: Sound technical understanding of the site-based requirements for civil and structural and/or rail construction projects. Current TMR Pre-Qualification for Contract Administration and Verification of road infrastructure projects - ideally at the highest level. Experience on road transport, heavy rail and light rail projects will be highly regarded.
