As part of a committed and customer-focused team, you'll operate CCTV and access control systems, liaise with emergency services, and support clients during critical situations.Duties include:Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications systemLiaise with Police and Emergency Response ServicesMonitor and operate access control systemProcess camera footage requests as per clients proceduresRespond to customer and staff after hour callsMaintain security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss of recorded informationAssist client as required in the management of emergency situationsUndertake daily maintenance checks on all cameras and communication equipmentSkills & Experience:Certificate II in Security OperationsQLD Security Licence – Unarmed Security Officer and Monitoring Security OfficerCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateCurrent Drivers LicenceHave an advanced level of proficiency in all Microsoft applicationsHave unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 rosterIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
