Our Centre Management team is renowned for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will oversee a shopping centre Hub Consisting of 6 neighbourhood centres based in Clemton Park.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing and implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Conduct regular building inspections, including common areas and plant rooms.
- Assist with capital and operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
- Help maintain an accurate plant and equipment asset register and ensure compliance.
- Monitor contractor works to ensure high-quality completion with minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, strata managers and contractors.
- Assist with financial management, including managing budgets, procurement, workorder, coding and invoicing

- Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred but not essential.
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
