
Workplace Operations Coordinator

- Manage all facilities and building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance
- Oversee daily office set-up, opening and closing procedures, and building access
- Coordinate with trades, contractors, and cleaners to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace
- Support the culinary team with receiving, packing, and managing deliveries and samples
- Manage office, kitchen, and stationery supply levels and coordinate procurement
- Handle all incoming mail, parcels, and company merchandise stock management
- Action JIRA help desk requests relating to facilities and workplace operations
- Control budgets and approve invoices for supplies, maintenance, and facilities
- Hands-on experience managing facilities, logistics, or workplace operations
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to anticipate office needs
- Experience with budget and vendor management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented with a focus on employee experience and workplace culture
