Our Hastings Park Mine Shop is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Mackay Operations team. This role has been created to support growing workloads, maintain a strong leadership-to-resource ratio, and ensure the highest quality outcomes for our people and customers.This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position working a 4/3, Monday – Friday roster, reporting directly to the Foreman.
