The opportunity:Kinetic Fleet Services (KFS) is currently on the lookout for a Leading Hand that would like to become a valued member of our Mackay workshop.From general maintenance tasks and repairs through to major component rebuilds, you'll get plenty of exposure to a variety of work across several vehicle makes and models to keep every day new and exciting. You'll also be a hands-on mentor for our workshop talent (Apprentices, Trade Assistants, and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics) with the reward of seeing them grow under your wing.On top of that, we offer

The boxes you'll tick:

Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Previous experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
Prior experience in a leading hand role is preferred but not required
Minimum HR license or above
Exposure to diagnostics via computer-controlled systems is a bonus
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
