This is opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on role where your insights will directly influence cost control, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across a high-tech production environment.You will be given the tools and opportunity to improve processes, interact and influence senior management to help drive, strategise and improve the financial processes.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Improvement of cost control through financial guidance
Working closely and effectively with heads of department
Operational budgeting and forecasting
Provide in-depth cost analysis and performance insights to drive operational efficiency.
Develop and enhance management reporting

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, commercially focused, and improvement-oriented
