
Key Account Executive

- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand existing relationships
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Represent Somfy at key customer meetings and industry events
- Proven track record of success in an account management or key account executive role, ideally within the sales or manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Technical aptitude
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field desirable
