- Proven experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting complex network incidents.
- Expertise in problem management, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
- Skilled in change management & implementation, with a strong dedication to standard processes within ITIL.
- Hands-on experience with multi-vendor SD-WAN technologies, especially Aruba EdgeConnect, Aruba Wi-Fi, and Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
- Strong skills in orchestrator and edge device management, policy-based routing, and network diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to professionally engage with enterprise customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work under a structured ITIL-based service management framework, meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Relevant certifications such as Aruba Certified Professional - Switching (ACP-S), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and others.
- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - with flexible hours to suit!
