You’ll manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, reporting, and financial control, while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities
Administer head contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims & RFIs.
Assist with budgets, cost reporting & forecasting.
Attend and contribute to client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required experience:
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator working for a head contractor
Experience working on new build commercial, residential, or Industrial construction projects
Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
