- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with business needs.
- Scope and manage learning projects, including resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain learning content and materials.
- Evaluate learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement through data insights.
- Simplify and innovate the learning experience using technology and user-centered design.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and manage learning campaigns.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in learning delivery, content development, and program management.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to use data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes.
- A continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Desirable: Experience with Workday Learning and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
